Execute and support daily operational activities including shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading across hubs and warehouses.
Support Shift In-charges with work allocation, coaching of new employees, managing operational exceptions, and ensuring SOP adherence.

Education: Minimum 10th Standard Pass.
Work Experience Required: 3–6 years in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Physically fit for manual handling duties and able to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
Basic English reading and communication skills; basic computer and handheld scanner usage skills.
Experienced in shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations with exposure to handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
Capable of operational execution under daily production targets with attention to detail and process compliance.
Able to assist in team coaching, support shift management, and contribute to operational discipline and continuous improvement initiatives.
