Design, document, and execute test plans focusing on Wi-Fi connectivity, performance, stability, and functionality.
Develop and maintain Python-based test automation to improve test coverage and reduce regression cycles.
Perform multi-level testing (functional, integration, regression, system) and troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi, networking, and embedded platform issues using tools like Wireshark.
3-5 years of experience in QA, SDET, or software test engineering, preferably in Wi-Fi, networking, or IoT.
Strong understanding of Wi-Fi (802.11) protocols and networking fundamentals including Layer 2/3 protocols, routing, VLAN, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
Proficient in Python scripting and test automation; experience with embedded or router hardware test environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Must be able to work from office in Hyderabad, India.
Experienced in testing on embedded/router Linux-based platforms (e.g., RDK-B, prplOS, OpenWrt) is a strong plus.
Comfortable working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions to integrate QA automation.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including software, firmware, and QA for continuous QA process improvements.
