Manage full lifecycle of automation and RPA projects including scope, budget, timelines, and quality assurance.

Experience with Automation Platforms and RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere (AA), UiPath, Blue Prism, Python, scripting, and source control or defect tracking tools.

Strong technical background with ability to translate complex customer needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
Proven leadership experience managing virtual, cross-functional teams delivering automation or software projects, preferably in Agile environments.
Experienced in stakeholder communication across organizational levels and capable of mitigating project risks and dependencies effectively.
