Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with interior construction methodologies, building systems integration (MEP, IT, security), local building codes, and project management software including BIM.
Location: On-site in Pune, Maharashtra.
Experienced leader capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong financial oversight and risk management.
Skilled in client relationship management for corporate interior projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledgeable about corporate design trends, sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, WELL), and able to coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants and contractors.
