Drive aftersales business performance and profitability for Karnataka dealers, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and dealer operational efficiency.
Manage dealer network performance including service, parts inventory, marketing and incentive programs to improve retention and revenue.
Ensure compliance with company standards, conduct audits, and provide technical and operational support to dealers to enhance aftersales service quality.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (Diploma acceptable with higher experience).
7-12 years experience in aftersales within automotive manufacturing (9-14 years if Diploma holder).
OEM technical certification at minimum Level 2; EV/Hybrid knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Mandate for strong communication skills, proficiency in computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to travel frequently in Karnataka.
Experienced in managing automotive aftersales operations with a strong understanding of dealer network and customer satisfaction metrics.
Capable of analyzing dealer performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement business plans.
Comfortable working hands-on with dealers for technical guidance, operational audits, and execution of marketing and incentive strategies for growth.
