Develop, enhance, and maintain IBM mainframe based web applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS technologies.
Own end-to-end solution delivery within Agile SCRUM teams including coding, testing automation, reviews, and participation in all Agile ceremonies.

4 – 10 years of software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience with IBM mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS.
Exposure to Agile tools like Jira and understanding of CI/CD pipelines; production support experience is advantageous.
Experienced in all phases of application development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, preferably in mainframe batch and support.
Operates effectively within Agile SCRUM teams with a DevOps mindset, owning products from inception to sunset.
Familiar with database systems (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and automated testing, with domain knowledge in supply chain and EDI standards as a plus.
