Lead and execute month-end close activities for third party finished goods including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Own accurate inventory and supplier reconciliations coordinating with supply chain, procurement, quality, finance, and external manufacturers.
Produce reports on inventory positions, investigate variances, support audits, and implement process improvements to strengthen controls and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, inventory control, supply chain, or third party manufacturing coordination.
Hands-on experience with month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations, and managing finished goods inventory with external partners.
Must be located in India and able to work in a hybrid model with regular on-site presence.
Experienced in coordinating between multiple functions and external vendors in supply chain or finance roles within multinational or matrix organizations.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP), audit processes, internal controls, and third party manufacturing operations.
