Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes within Oracle NetSuite, ensuring general ledger accuracy and robust internal controls adherence.
Own and prepare complex accounting schedules and reconciliations including intangible/goodwill amortization, bank, intercompany, and GL reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
Coordinate U.S. state/local tax filings, audit preparation, and intercompany transactions including Transfer Pricing calculations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and statutory requirements.
3–4 years professional experience in U.S. accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting, preferably within Global Capability Center or U.S.-focused financial services environment.
MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Semi-Qualified CA required.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including complex data analysis, financial modeling, flux analysis, and reconciliations.
Experience working with an enterprise ERP system, preferably Oracle NetSuite; must be available to work 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift hours to overlap with U.S. teams.
Experienced finance professional with strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, and financial operations within complex multinational or GCC environments.
Detail-oriented individual capable of managing end-to-end accounting processes including complex reconciliations and audit support under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working cross-timezone with U.S. teams during shift hours and possessing strong communication and leadership capabilities to manage deliverables consistently.
