Lead technical operations and infrastructure management of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and elevators at Hyderabad site.
Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure reliability, safety, and optimal performance of MEP systems.
Manage technical staff and external contractors, oversee compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and budget/financial oversight including service contracts and operational reporting.
Bachelor’s degree (BE) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in technical facility management with strong MEP expertise.
Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS software; knowledge of engineering best practices and safety regulations.
Location requirement: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana; Relevant licenses/certifications (CFM, FMP, or equivalent) preferred.
Experienced in managing large commercial facilities with demonstrated leadership and operational ownership in engineering functions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability to drive cost efficiency and energy optimization initiatives.
Comfortable working in on-site technical facility environment with accountability for compliance, vendor management, and financial administration.
