Lead design, configuration, and support of SAP Controlling (CO) solutions focusing on COPA (Profitability Analysis), COPC (Product Costing), Material Ledger, Actual Costing in SAP S/4HANA.
Serve as subject matter expert for product costing, profitability analysis including standard cost calculations, variance analysis, cost allocations, margin reporting, and month-end closing.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other stakeholders to ensure integration across SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS and implement scalable S/4HANA Finance and Controlling best practices.
5–9 years of SAP CO experience with deep hands-on expertise in COPA and COPC and experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Group Valuation, and FI/CO integration.
Experience integrating SAP CO with FI, MM, SD, PP, and PS modules, analyzing end-to-end cost and profitability.
Must be based in Bangalore and able to work onsite at least three days per week in a hybrid model with flexible hours overlapping US time zones.
Experienced in manufacturing costing processes and financial/controlling reporting with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Demonstrated ability to lead SAP CO design and implementation in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs involving COPA, COPC, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and Group Valuation.
Strong cross-functional communicator comfortable coordinating globally with business and technical stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.
