Own end-to-end program management and delivery of software and embedded firmware projects supporting new IoT SoCs and platform solutions.
Lead cross-functional release planning and execution across software, embedded/firmware, IC design, hardware, validation, and other teams ensuring alignment with silicon and product timelines.
Manage risks, scope changes, and stakeholder communications including senior leadership and customers, driving continuous improvement in software program and release processes.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience/training.
7–8+ years of experience leading complex software and embedded/firmware projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) with experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Comfort working closely with engineering teams across firmware, hardware, and IC design domains.
Experienced in managing software projects linked to semiconductor product development and integrated circuit design.
Demonstrates strong communication and influencing skills to align diverse teams and manage tradeoffs effectively.
Familiar with Agile or hybrid project execution geared towards continuous improvement, including adoption of CI/CD and automation tools.
