Lead architecture, design, delivery, and evolution of end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and integrations with ERP, IoT, and asset/inventory systems.
Act as trusted technical advisor and primary client technical contact managing solution workshops, discovery, and executive stakeholder engagement for a managed services portfolio.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams, enforce coding standards, perform architecture reviews, and support pre-sales activities including scoping and proposal development.
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience with functional knowledge, including integration skills.
Experience in Salesforce Field Service or service delivery models is mandatory.
Proficiency in APEX, LWC, Salesforce Object Model, Platform Events, and no-code/low-code feature tools.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years overall experience with BA/BS degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
Experienced in complex Salesforce Field Service architectures in a managed services or consulting environment supporting multiple clients.
Strong client-facing skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage executive relationships.
Familiarity with Salesforce Well-Architected framework, pre-sales processes, and adjacent technologies like MuleSoft, Tableau, and IoT integrations, preferably with a background in utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare equipment, or energy sectors.
