Accountable for creating and executing detailed manual test plans and cases to ensure functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing coverage.
Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps and severity assessment, collaborating closely with developers and product managers.
Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to support continuous improvement and align testing with project goals.
3-10 years of experience in manual software testing, including unit, system, integration, and functional testing.
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing).
Work onsite at Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (hybrid work policy).
Experienced in manual testing with hands-on knowledge of tools such as Playwright with C#/Specflow, Postman API testing, REST API automation, and JMeter for performance testing.
Familiar with Agile QA methodologies, test case management tools like QTest, source control tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, or TFS, and proficient in SQL for data verification.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally within agile teams to translate project requirements into structured test cases and reports, ensuring software quality and reliability.
