Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of software engineering or hands-on technical experience.

Proven ability to rapidly prototype and turn ambiguous AI concepts into working software with measurable outcomes.
Experienced in hands-on coding with Python and AI/ML libraries, as well as TypeScript or .NET for Copilot extensibility.
Comfortable engaging with enterprise integration (e.g. Entra ID), cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and evolving AI technologies and toolkits.
