Technology Director – Network Tools & Observability Platforms

Lead strategy, roadmap, and operational management for enterprise network tooling and observability platforms focused on monitoring, automation, and service assurance across global network infrastructure.

Manage lifecycle of network tools including architecture, modernization, security, compliance, and operational support while partnering with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise network reliability and operational excellence.

Drive transformation programs including AI-driven operations, platform modernization, and advanced analytics to improve network reliability, resilience, and user experience.

10+ years of technology strategic leadership experience and 4+ years of management or leadership experience.

10+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure engineering, observability platforms or related disciplines with 5+ years managing engineering managers or senior leadership.

Experience leading enterprise-scale network transformation, platform modernization, or observability initiatives, including operational risk and regulatory compliance management.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Experienced leader in managing large-scale, highly available enterprise network platforms with strong skills in strategy execution across matrixed organizations.

Technical expertise in network observability, telemetry, performance monitoring, and AI/ML-driven automation across multi-vendor network environments.

Proven capability in driving transformation initiatives, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and building high-performing engineering teams aligned with long-term technology roadmaps.
