Acquiring Solution Designer – Merchant Payments, POS & Digital Transactions

Own gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Merchant Acquiring and payment capabilities including authorization, POS, ATM, e-commerce, clearing, settlement, and digital payment technologies.

Support solution design by defining functional flows, integration, data requirements, non-functional needs, and compliance controls to enable successful delivery of payment product enhancements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Compliance, Development, Testing, Architecture) and manage multiple projects or workstreams ensuring prioritization, risk escalation, and delivery tracking.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution analysis, business analysis, payment technology, or related roles focusing on Merchant Acquiring and payment processing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.

Proficiency in creating business requirements documents, functional specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Deep domain expertise in Merchant Acquiring payments, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and payment scheme compliance across POS, ATM, and e-commerce.

Experienced in driving solution design in regulated financial services/payment environments handling complex payments and compliance requirements.

Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders and articulating detailed technical and business requirements to development and architecture teams.
