Oversee and guide audit staff in pre-audit planning, fieldwork, internal control and substantive testing, and preparing financial statements for client engagements.
Review client accounting and operating procedures; research and resolve technical audit issues; prepare draft audit reports and assist in risk assessment and audit plan development.
Build and maintain client relationships, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and support multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree required.
CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in US Assurance and public accounting firms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical, report writing, problem solving, and communication skills.
Experienced in managing multiple client assurance engagements with ability to meet deadlines and deliver excellent client service.
Possesses comprehensive understanding of audit processes including risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability to research technical issues, perform complex testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
