Own testing activities including creating detailed test plans, writing and executing test cases across various platforms (Web, Desktop, SAP).
Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and communicate testing progress and results to business teams and stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manual software testing.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong English speaking and writing skills.
Hybrid work requirement: onsite presence at Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless business obligations require otherwise.
Experienced in Agile development and software testing lifecycle with ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
Skilled in manual testing for Web, Desktop, and SAP applications with solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and handle business complexity, with familiarity in Data Integrity testing, SQL queries, and optionally automation tools like Tosca and qTest.
