Manage discrete biodiversity workstreams end-to-end coordinating Consulting Delivery Hub and regional inputs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
Serve as primary contact for regional Task Leads on biodiversity matters, support proposals and continuous improvement of methodologies and templates.
Bachelor's degree in ecology, zoology, environmental science, conservation, biological sciences or closely related field; MSc or Master's degree desirable.
3-5 years relevant work experience, including 2-3 years consulting, research, or NGO experience delivering biodiversity chapters for infrastructure, energy, or development projects.
Working knowledge of UK, Irish and international biodiversity frameworks.
Proficiency in GIS platforms (ArcGIS Pro / QGIS) for habitat mapping and report figure production.
Experience delivering biodiversity chapters under UK infrastructure regimes such as NSIPs (DCO), TWAO, or s.36 Electricity Act is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary workstreams in a global delivery or shared services environment across time zones.
Strong technical writing skills with proven capacity to standardize templates, drive internal methodology improvements and contribute to thought leadership.
