Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the VisiQuate Revenue Cycle Analytics and Workflow platform to support Revenue Cycle operations.
Manage user access, data validation, reporting accuracy, and platform integrations to enable analytics-driven decision-making and compliance.
Coordinate platform enhancements, user support, training, and serve as primary liaison among Revenue Cycle teams, IT, and vendor partners.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications, including analytics, reporting, or workflow platforms in production.
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes and experience working with business stakeholders to implement platform solutions.
Onsite work required 5 days/week in Vadodara, India, working mid shift from 5:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST; remote applicants will not be considered.
Experienced administrator of revenue cycle management or similar workflow/analytics platforms, preferably VisiQuate or comparable.
Capable of translating business needs into platform configurations and facilitating structured change management in a healthcare environment.
Comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams and vendors, focused on optimizing revenue performance using data and analytics.
