Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Engineering (Master's preferred).
Experienced in building and scaling high-performance distributed systems with product-focused agile delivery.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex organizational environments while driving adoption of innovative AI and automation solutions.
Strong technical leadership with capability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence engineering practices and delivery outcomes.
