Operate, monitor, and support Columbia Sportswear’s global enterprise, datacenter, and cloud networks with a focus on reliable daily operations and incident response.

3+ years of experience supporting enterprise, cloud, and/or datacenter networking in operational or engineering roles.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
Experience with Ansible automation and infrastructure as code practices; and experience with network monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor.
Experienced in global or distributed engineering environments supporting enterprise and cloud networking operations.
Proficient in troubleshooting network and application layer issues with a structured incident response approach and documentation skills.
Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud networking (especially Azure) is preferred; hands-on with monitoring and automation tools noted in the role.
