Support planning, setup, operation, and delivery of live, hybrid, and virtual events across multiple locations including auditoriums and digital collaboration spaces.
Operate and troubleshoot AV production systems including audio consoles, video switchers, Dante audio networks, NDI video workflows, and streaming/webcasting platforms.
Partner with stakeholders and coordinate with vendors to ensure technically sound, well-executed events aligned with business needs.
Bachelor's degree.
2-5 years of engineering and/or event production experience supporting live, hybrid, and virtual events in corporate or similar professional environments.
Hands-on experience with professional audio (including Dante) and video (including NDI) systems; streaming/webcasting platforms; virtual meeting software (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom).
Work Experience Required: 2-5 years engineering experience and/or event production experience.
Experienced in large-scale enterprise or corporate AV production, including executive meetings and auditorium events.
Operationally strong in managing complex AV workflows with emphasis on Dante audio, NDI video, live streaming, and virtual events.
Comfortable navigating fast-paced, multi-priority environments with strong troubleshooting and customer service focus supporting senior and cross-functional teams.
