Lead daily operations and support of Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management systems, including troubleshooting and system enhancements using SQL and PL/SQL.
Engage with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions; lead CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions during Oracle GTM rollouts and report to leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams for ERP integration and lead or support TMS and GTMS upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts.
Over 10 years of experience in IT ERP Implementation or related roles.
At least 5 years of experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience with Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management modules; advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL; familiarity with SAP Functions and multiple SAP implementations is required.
Experienced in managing Oracle Cloud GTM and TMS systems in a global, cross-functional environment.
Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and ERP integration, with a focus on system optimization and data-driven decision support.
Proven ability to lead system rollout phases (CRP, SIT, UAT) and communicate effectively with global business and IT stakeholders.
