Experience working with IBM MQ on multiple OS flavors (zLinux, Linux, AIX) and managing MQ Objects (Queue Managers, Queues, Channels).
Experience with Kafka, Solace, SSL certificate management, Ansible, observability tools (Grafana, Splunk), and scripting (Shell/Python) is required.
Technical leader capable of managing large-scale middleware infrastructure including cross-datacenter high availability and disaster recovery.
Experienced in complex middleware migrations from on-premises/cloud to hardware appliances with capacity planning and automation expertise.
Comfortable working directly with vendors for product troubleshooting and capable of creating operational documentation and run books.
