Drive technical growth and partner enablement within Snowflake's Partner ecosystem across India, including System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners.
Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill partner teams and co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators.
Own the partner technology roadmap, support strategic customer engagements, and advocate partner and customer needs with Snowflake product teams.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience working with Global and Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners in the region.
Technical skills including designing scalable data pipelines (Spark, Kafka), strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals, and hands-on DevOps/CI/CD experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Travel requirement: Up to 50% within India.
Deep understanding of partner revenue models, industry priorities, and challenges with demonstrated data domain thought leadership within partner communities.
Proven ability to engage and influence technical and executive audiences, developing technical champions among partners.
Experienced with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and Big Data/Cloud integration technologies, with exposure to AI/ML use cases as a plus.
