Own end-to-end Record-to-Report processes including general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to IFRS, internal controls, and global accounting policies within a Shared Services environment.
Partner with cross-functional and global stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and drive continuous process improvements such as standardization and automation.
7-10 years of experience in General Ledger teams within a Shared Services set-up preferably.
Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS knowledge preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Experience Required: 7-10 years in relevant roles.
Experienced in managing complex GL activities in a Shared Services or global finance environment with adherence to international accounting standards.
Analytical with logical thinking and attention to detail to identify variances and perform corrections.
Capable of driving process improvements and automations while collaborating effectively during critical financial periods like month-end and quarter-end.
