3+ years cloud-native engineering experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP including AI/ML services, container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker), Big Data, CI/CD at platform scale, and distributed systems.
Experienced leader capable of mentoring and guiding engineering teams and establishing engineering standards treating the platform as a product.
Strong domain expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, platform engineering, enterprise data governance, and AI control-plane development including policy-as-code and multi-tenant isolation.
Proven ability to deliver scalable, instrumented, secure, and compliant AI platforms in complex cross-functional environments using modern DevSecOps, SRE, and agile methodologies.
