Define, implement, and improve the Cybersecurity Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) lifecycle including scoping, discovery, prioritization, validation, and mobilization.
Engineer, operate, and enhance exposure management capabilities across multiple technology domains (infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, identity, applications, third-party).
Lead and coordinate cross-functional exposure reduction initiatives through risk-based prioritization and effective communication to achieve measurable reduction in organizational exposure and risk.
7+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on exposure in vulnerability management, exposure management, threat-informed defense, or related security operations.
Proven experience in operating or maturing risk-based vulnerability management or CTEM-aligned programs and leading cross-functional remediation efforts without direct authority.
Strong knowledge of CTEM lifecycle concepts and use of exposure/vulnerability platforms and tools such as scanners, EDR/XDR, CMDB/CAASM, cloud security, IAM, ITSM, SIEM/SOAR, and threat intelligence sources.
Ability to communicate complex exposure and residual risk clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experienced in translating exposure and threat intelligence data into risk-based prioritization decisions, working across technical and business teams.
Proactive in driving CTEM program maturity through automation, metrics, exception management, and structured remediation cycles aligned with organizational objectives.
Comfortable leading without formal authority, facilitating consensus, handling escalations, and mentoring team members on exposure management practices.
