Oversee end-to-end procurement operations including purchase requisition review, purchase order processing, and invoice reconciliation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Serve as primary contact for purchasing queries, providing training and support to internal customers, and managing supplier-related activities.
Utilize data analytics and Workday Procurement tools to monitor performance, identify trends, drive improvements, and contribute to strategic projects.
5 - 8 years of experience in Procurement Buyer, Purchasing Analyst, Procurement Operations, or related finance operations role.
Experience with purchase order creation and management, and end-to-end purchasing processes.
Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and cross-functional dependencies including Finance, AP, and vendors.
Familiarity or experience with Workday Procurement and/or Financials preferred.
Experienced in fast-paced, highly transactional procurement environments within global or international companies, ideally in Software or SaaS sectors.
Analytically skilled with ability to use data to drive process improvements and uphold SOX control compliance.
Capable of managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills, and effective at building collaborative relationships across functions and regions.
