D&T Risk Oversight Lead

Lead and manage Risk Oversight Analysts to deliver consistent, high-quality IT and Cyber risk assessments aligned with enterprise risk methodologies.

Oversee enterprise-wide cyber risk monitoring, ensuring risk escalation when thresholds exceed Haleon’s risk appetite and driving senior leadership risk reporting including trend analysis and remediation performance.

Act as senior point of contact for cyber and technology risk oversight, collaborating across functions like security, internal audit, legal, and compliance to enable informed risk governance and continuous improvement of risk oversight functions.

Degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related discipline.

12 to 18 years of relevant experience including conducting and reviewing cybersecurity risk assessments and overseeing risk management in large, complex organizations.

Must have strong knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, controls, risk methodologies, and industry risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27005).

Work Experience Required: 12-18 years of relevant experience.

Experience managing or mentoring risk analysts in a risk oversight or governance capacity within regulated sectors such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer health, or manufacturing.

Strong strategic understanding of technology risk impacts on business operations, supply chain, regulatory environments, and use of risk management frameworks and senior risk governance forums.

Demonstrated ability to develop risk reporting and perform independent challenge to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in risk methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
