Define, align, and manage platform-level embedded software requirements across multiple business units.
Serve as primary liaison between business unit architects, platform architects, and development teams to ensure clear, prioritized, and traceable requirements.
Drive consensus on scope, priorities, milestones, and manage requirement changes throughout the product lifecycle including impact analysis and communication.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science (BE/ME or BTech/MTech).
8+ years of experience in embedded software development and requirements engineering.
Proven experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, embedded systems architecture, and requirements management tools like IBM DOORS, Polarion, or Jama.
Experience in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments; knowledge of Yocto build systems, U-Boot, Linux kernel configuration, Device tree, BSPs; and familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience operating at platform level requirements across diverse embedded software teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Deep technical expertise in embedded Linux and RTOS software platforms including peripheral drivers, middleware, and IoT software update mechanisms.
Capable of negotiating scope and aligning multiple business and technical priorities to meet platform roadmaps and project constraints.
