Experience in backup/restore procedures, DR/BCP testing, SSL certificate management, and production run book documentation.
Experienced technical leader with expertise managing large-scale IBM MQ hardware appliance clusters and multi-DC high availability environments.
Strong operational focus on automation strategy, monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning for Middleware infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex Middleware issues, collaborate with vendors, and maintain end-to-end system reliability across hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
