Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for applications and services using tools like JMeter, K6, and LoadRunner.
Monitor and analyze application performance across multiple layers (application, database, infrastructure, network) using AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, and perform Java/J2EE diagnostics including thread and heap dump analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, recommend architectural improvements, and produce performance test reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
5-7 years of relevant work experience in performance testing and engineering.

Demonstrates strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration with development, architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
