IN-Sr Technical Architect - Consulting (GPTS - TMS)

Own the technical delivery and implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions including configuration and integration to customer business processes.

Act as a technical liaison between project stakeholders including PM, solution architects, customers, product management, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and value realization post go-live.

Lead functional analysis, solution design, quality assurance, environment setup, troubleshooting, and customer knowledge transfer activities during implementation and integration projects.

8+ years of corporate experience; lesser experience considered if there is relevant Blue Yonder TMS implementation experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Hands-on experience integrating Blue Yonder TMS (preferably BY/i2 TMS) with upstream/downstream systems, including interfaces with ERP, WMS, and knowledge of Parcel Handling and INTTRA integration preferred.

Strong Supply Chain domain experience with expertise in TMS product integration, solution integration, quality assurance, system testing, and optimization design.

Experienced in managing end-to-end TMS product implementations in consulting or client environments, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including executives and technical teams.

Technically skilled with deep knowledge of operating systems, databases, ERP systems, middleware, and integration technologies relevant to supply chain solutions.

Able to communicate proactively and influence across organizational levels, resolving complex problems independently while driving customer-focused delivery outcomes.
