Manage all installed systems and infrastructure related to Software Distribution Services (SDS) ensuring application/software updates deployment across the bank.
Lead and mentor the team on technical deliverables including PowerShell scripting, SQL and SSRS reporting, and automate operational tasks to improve system efficiency and reduce human intervention.
Act as the technical liaison for SDS I&P with strong expertise in Intune, MEMCM, Microsoft Graph, and handle escalations and vendor collaboration for maintaining high system availability.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or equivalent.
Strong working knowledge and certification: At least Level 2 Intune Certification mandatory.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Intune and MEMCM for application/policy deployment and troubleshooting, Microsoft Graph and Graph API experience.
Ability to write/modify SQL queries and create/modify SSRS reports.
Experienced in managing enterprise-wide software distribution systems with a focus on automation and process improvement to lower operational overhead.
Skilled in handling high priority escalations and coordinating cross-functionally with project managers, technical teams and vendors.
Capable of mentoring junior team members, driving knowledge transfer, and improving team performance through documentation and training.
