Design, develop, support, and enhance transportation management solutions including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), SAP Logistics, shipment visibility platforms, and related integrations.
Support and confirm integration between SAP, OTM, FourKites, Veson, etc., ensuring functional and technical designs meet business requirements and Dow architecture standards.
Work with senior managers and cross-functional teams in project planning, provide expert-level support for Integrated Supply Chain run-the-business teams, and participate in timely implementation and upgrade activities, including 24x7 on-call support as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), logistics module in SAP, and Integrated Supply Chain processes and technologies.

Experienced IT analyst comfortable managing multiple initiatives and workloads independently in a cross-functional supply chain technology environment.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to transportation management and integrations among SAP, OTM and third-party platforms.
Capable of working effectively with onsite and offshore teams while maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.
