Experienced in transaction-based processing with strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
Capable of managing multiple client and participant needs effectively while adhering to compliance and SLAs.
Comfortable operating in structured, compliance-driven environments requiring collaboration with customer service, technology, and shared services teams.
