Manage end-to-end day-to-day operational execution of eCommerce product at assigned Surface Hub, ensuring timely processing, consolidation, and dispatch of shipments.

Data-driven operator focusing on SLA management, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvements.
Capable of handling operational exception management and vendor/partner coordination to meet network and service commitments.
