Graduate degree in any stream.
Proficiency in MS Excel and vehicle tracking platforms (GPS, GNMS).
2+ years experience preferred in a control tower or central command centre role; familiarity with Transport Management Systems and ERP platforms preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experienced in real-time vehicle tracking and exception management within logistics or transport network environments.
Capable of coordinating cross-functionally with operations, fleet, security, vendors, and zonal teams to resolve operational disruptions swiftly.
Detail-oriented with ability to prepare and manage operational reports and performance indicators related to network timeliness, safety compliance, and vendor management.
