Manage and accurately process employee lifecycle data within Success Factors Employee Central and optionally SAP, ensuring timely updates.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Experienced in hands-on data processing within HR ERP systems, preferably Success Factors or SAP.
Able to independently troubleshoot and resolve HR data issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Skilled in collaborating across time zones with internal and external stakeholders and documenting processes comprehensively.
