Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for shale & tight operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting environmental data across air, water, waste, and biodiversity media.
Prepare and maintain accurate internal and external environmental compliance reports meeting local, state, and federal standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, HSE, capital projects) to support environmental reporting, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements including automated systems.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental reporting, compliance, or permitting in the oil and gas industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SEEQ, and PowerBI.
Ability to work Bangalore, India location; visa sponsorship not provided.
Experience with environmental regulations and compliance in upstream shale and tight oil & gas operations, preferably including US state regulations (Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas).
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain environmental performance tracking systems and to perform quality reviews of environmental data and reports.
Skilled in partnering across multi-disciplinary internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and implement automated compliance solutions.
