Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Workday Recruiting, including configuration, business process design, and user acceptance testing.
Own integration and implementation of AI-driven recruitment tools to automate candidate screening, sourcing, and scheduling while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Provide on-site technical consultation, training, and documentation to recruiters and hiring managers to achieve full system adoption and improve recruitment metrics.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday experience with at least two full-lifecycle implementations of the Recruiting module.
Experience implementing AI/ML tools within recruitment workflows (e.g., chatbots, automated screening, predictive analytics).
Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Security Groups.
Work Location: 3-4 days per week on-site in core metro office (hybrid schedule).
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale HR technology projects with direct stakeholder engagement across all levels, including C-suite and recruiters.
Deep understanding of both high-volume and executive recruitment practices to design supporting systems effectively.
Experienced in integrating AI tools with Workday and maintaining compliance with global hiring regulations and bias mitigation standards.
