Own end-to-end daily accounting, monthly book close, and financial reporting for the Terminal entity.
Partner closely with Terminal Head of Finance (HoF) and regional HoF to support strategies, improve financial performance, and ensure seamless cross-functional accounting processes.
Lead standardization and continuous improvement of ATR accounting processes across terminal/entities, monitor KPIs, and ensure process compliance.
Minimum 9-10 years of experience in ATR domain, with at least 3-4 years in roles such as Accounting Manager, FNA Manager, or ATR Controller.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of IFRS standards.
Proven experience leading and coaching a team of 3-4 members in accounting or financial roles.
Expertise in ATR processes, subledgers (STP and OTC), and hands-on use of Balance Sheet reconciliation tools (e.g., Blackline) and financial reporting platforms (e.g., OneStream).
Experienced in managing terminal/entity accounting operations with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficient in driving process improvements and standardization initiatives in complex accounting environments.
Capable of effective change management, with the ability to navigate resistance calmly and assertively while maintaining professional relationships.
