Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure with focus on incident, problem, and change management to meet SLA requirements.

Associate level certification in networking (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Aruba ACSA).
Experienced in multi-vendor network environments (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki) with ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Familiarity with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and network automation tools.
Capable of working remotely and onsite supporting network testing and deployments, collaborating effectively with internal teams and vendors.
