Lead and manage end-to-end Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations including platform stability, service delivery, automation, and audit compliance across a large enterprise environment.
Oversee IAM operational management (incident, problem, change, request) ensuring service health, risk mitigation, and continuous improvements to reduce manual tasks and ticket volumes.
Coordinate across multiple teams (HR, IT Risk, Compliance, Infrastructure), manage vendors, deliver technical strategy, and provide leadership to onshore and offshore IAM teams.
8-12 years experience in IAM, security operations, or identity platform operations with at least 5 years in team leadership and service delivery roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience managing IAM services at enterprise scale with multiple users, applications, and regions.
