Define and implement IT and software engineering processes to improve program delivery and compliance.

Ability to create, modify and implement processes, KPIs, templates and tools tailored to software delivery programs.
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and support senior leadership reporting.
