Specialty Lead Software Engineer SAP RE-FX (ECC and S/4 HANA)

Lead complex SAP RE-FX (Contracts & Lease Management) initiatives including design, development, testing, and implementation of integrated solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Own and execute full-cycle projects such as S/4HANA migrations, system integrations, and FASB 842 & IFRS16 lease accounting compliance with emphasis on operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Manage cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and serve as a subject-matter expert delivering scalable, compliant SAP solutions aligned with business needs.

5+ years of specialty software engineering experience including leading SAP configuration and S/4HANA technical delivery.

Strong hands-on SAP configuration expertise in RE-FX, FICO, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, and related modules with at least 3 full-cycle R/3/ECC to S/4HANA migration projects as Technical Lead.

Experience with S/4HANA data integration technologies (asynchronous, synchronous, REST APIs, ETL/ELT), SAP BTP, Fiori, SAP Workflow, and SAP RISE.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in SAP technology delivery and relationship management in large corporate environments.

Experienced technical leader capable of owning solution direction, architectural decisions, and driving outcomes across multiple teams in complex SAP landscapes.

Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and related financial modules with a focus on fit-to-standard and Clean Core SAP principles.

Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, influencing cross-functional partners and delivering integration solutions in hybrid, global environments.
