Experienced in coordinating disaster recovery/testing efforts within a complex financial or IT environment with direct interaction across technical and senior business stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple concurrent projects and workload with a hands-on approach under pressure.
Knowledgeable in business continuity protocols and capable of guiding policy adherence, audits, and regulatory compliance within enterprise resiliency frameworks.
