Manage and support the annual and cyclical Impact Tolerance assessment process for Critical Business Services, including coordinating inputs and performing calculations according to approved methodology.
Design and implement an automated Impact Tolerance calculation framework and tooling to improve accuracy, repeatability, transparency, and reduce manual processes.
Maintain governance, reporting, and regulatory readiness by monitoring breaches, supporting audits, and continuously improving methodology and controls.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Technology, Risk Management, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in Risk Management, Risk Modelling, Data Analytics, Controls, Process Improvement, or related disciplines.
Strong experience with quantitative models, calculation engines, and data analytics; advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, or automation tools is desirable.
Foundational knowledge of Critical Business Services, Impact Tolerance frameworks, and operational risk concepts.
Experienced in managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, data, and risk stakeholders, especially related to operational resilience.
Proven ability to translate complex business methodologies and regulatory requirements into automated calculations and decision frameworks.
Comfortable working with large datasets and process automation to enhance governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
